A smile you will never understand

So often people are smiling but, the question is are they really happy? I don't know many people hide behind masks and have people left in the dark.  For a long time I hid behind my smile to a story that no one would understand.

We all have our story and in it chapters that we wish never happened but, the only thing we can live for is Today and what we have  in front of us!  Everyone should have a coach/therapist to create their best life.
